Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing team at Eden Mobility. This role must focus on increasing conversion rates from both inbound and outbound customer calls, maximising sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Based in our Scunthorpe head office, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while supporting and coaching a small team of telesales agents to deliver results.

Key responsibilities:

Convert inbound and outbound customer calls into qualified sales, consistently meeting or exceeding agreed KPIs and targets. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services aligned with customer needs. Monitor performance metrics and coach agents on sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge. Take ownership of escalated customer queries or complex sales to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to delivery. Use the system to accurately record customer interactions, track conversions, and generate performance reports. Contribute ideas for improving call handling processes, lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Key skills and experience:

Proven track record in telesales or inside sales, ideally within a customer-focused or mobility-related environment. Strong communication, influencing, and closing skills. Ability to lead by example, motivate others, and deliver results through a team. Confident working to targets and using data to drive performance. Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
