Working Pattern:

The Role




Are you curious, data-driven, and passionate about uncovering insights that make a real impact? We're looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our team --

no prior experience in fraud is required, just a keen interest in analytics

and a desire to learn. In this role, you'll play a vital part in protecting our customers and business by turning data into actionable insights that shape strategy and improve performance. If you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and solving problems, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.

As a Fraud Analyst, you will:



Develop and maintain fraud dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor trends and detect emerging threats. Support operational fraud investigations by providing data extracts, case insights, and tool enhancements. Partner with technology and data teams to improve data quality, access, and automation of reporting processes. Contribute to regular fraud risk reviews, audits, and governance forums with clear data-driven insights. Stay informed on industry trends, fraud typologies, and regulatory developments to inform proactively strategy.

What We're Looking For



A genuine passion for data analysis -- we're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action. Experience in fraud analytics, financial crime, or data analysis is beneficial but not essential. Demonstrated ability to work with data, solve problems, and communicate insights effectively. Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (such as PowerBI) is desirable.
