Solicitor / Litigation Executive - Counter Fraud

Are you an experienced litigation professional looking to make a real impact in the fight against fraudulent claims? We're growing our industry-leading Counter Fraud department and are looking for a talented Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing:

Managing a varied caseload of litigated County and High Court matters , primarily on an hourly rate basis

Drafting court documents, applications, instructions to Counsel, and settlement offers

Investigating and identifying potential fraud , using intelligence and forensic analysis

Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients and attending hearings and consultations

Diarising and managing key court dates and deadlines

Negotiating with third-party solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders

Ensuring full compliance with Court Rules , internal policies, and legal practice standards

Maintaining case progress and client satisfaction through effective communication and time management

What we're looking for:

Proven experience handling litigated cases, ideally involving Vehicle Damage and Personal Injury (Defendant side preferred)

Knowledge or experience in insurance litigation and/or Counter Fraud

Skilled in forensic analysis and document review

Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using Case Management Systems

A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
