Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Event Medics of all levels (minimum FREC3 qualified) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in emergency care knowledge and practical experience, enabling them to provide exceptional care in various settings. As an Event Medic, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient conditions, administering treatments (within scope of practice), and ensuring the well-being of individuals in need of medical assistance. JL Medical Services covers all types of events (sports, family fun days, concerts...) across the whole of the UK.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations, assess patients' health status, and treat accordingly Adhere to scope of practice, company polices, and maintain professional code of conduct at all times Perform basic life support and triage patients based on their medical needs. Provide critical care in emergency situations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments administered. Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Proven experience in a medical role preferred Strong understanding of basic life support techniques (ILS, and ALS with higher levels of qualification) Ability to work in a team and independently competently and effectively. Capability to drive to various locations as required by the role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety at all times. Clean Enhanced DBS check

Qualifications

Driving Licence FREC3, FREC4, ECA, Ambulance Technician, Paramedic, or Nurse qualification required (hourly rate will reflect highest level of qualification)
Pay: 14.00-35.00 per hour
