About the Role
We are a video-focused storytelling and visibility training business, primarily serving the aviation and leadership sectors.
I'm looking for an experienced, highly organised freelance support worker/who thrives on the operational side of creative work--specifically assisting me with posting, scheduling, analytics, and client management. You will work
2-4 hours per week
in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with occasional attendance on location for team meetings or video shoots.

Marketing Consistency & Tech Stack Ownership:
You will help me manage the content workflow after the initial creation. This includes
mastering our chosen scheduling and email tools
and ensuring the right content gets to the right platform at the right time.
Client & Team Workflow Management:
Assisting me with the workflow of our central hub for our production team (editors/videographers) and our clients. This means supporting me with
tracking video progress, scheduling reviews, and ensuring final delivery
is timely and professional, giving clients a smooth, reliable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support with content scheduling & optimisation:

LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram

Support with Performance Analysis:
Analyzing social and email data to provide brief,
actionable content insights
that drive better engagement.
Support with System & SOP Management:
Maintaining project dashboards, client communication logs, and
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Notion.
Support with AI Productivity Stack Management:
utilising our AI tools (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Descript, Canva, Brevo, Zoom, Otter, etc.) to efficiently draft, repurpose, and schedule marketing content.
Understanding the Google Suite is a must.
