Role Overview
As our B2B Lead Generator, you'll be the engine behind our outreach--identifying aligned businesses, initiating contact, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers across the built environment sector.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential leads across property, architecture, construction, and design sectors
Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and industry databases
Craft tailored outreach messages that reflect our creative tone and strategic offer
Book discovery calls and meetings with qualified leads for our creative team
Track outreach performance and optimise messaging based on response rates
Collaborate with our strategist to refine target sectors and pitch angles
What Success Looks Like
1-3 qualified meetings booked per week
Consistent pipeline of warm leads across target sectors
Clear documentation of outreach activity and lead status
Strategic input on evolving outreach angles and audience targeting

Have experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the built environment or creative services
Understand the language of property, architecture, and construction
Are confident writing punchy, tailored outreach messages
Are organised, persistent, and results-driven
Love connecting people and spotting strategic opportunities

Background in creative industries, branding, or marketing
Existing network in the built environment sector
You will be self-employed/ freelancer with a minimum of 3 hours per week
