We're growing--and we're looking for a Virtual Client Support Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of our day-to-day communications and client support operations.

freelance Client Acquisition Associates

who can identify great-fit businesses and introduce them to our services. You'll be the first point of contact -- and earn commission on every client that comes onboard through your efforts.

This is a flexible, freelance opportunity ideal for those who are proactive, personable, and confident communicating with business owners.

What You'll Be Doing

Reach out to potential leads via cold email, DMs, social platforms, or your own network Introduce them to Social Spark's services and help them understand what we offer Book consultations or discovery calls with our strategist team Log leads and conversion stages directly into our

HubSpot CRM

(Optional) Join calls to hand off warm leads, especially if you already have a relationship
You'll be provided with:

Scripts and templates to help with outreach and follow-ups Social Spark portfolio, case studies, and service overviews to support pitching Training on how we position ourselves and how to qualify ideal leads Full access to our team for support, creative direction, and process guidance
What You'll Earn

20% commission on the first invoice

of any client you bring in Example: If a client signs a 3,000/month package, you earn 600 (Signing one new client per week generates 31,200 per year) High commission potential -- many of our clients sign on for multi-month retainers Opportunities for long-term collaboration if you consistently generate leads
Ideal Candidate

Freelancer, VA, creator, or marketer who interacts with small business owners Strong communicator and confident reaching out cold or warm Familiar with HubSpot (or happy to learn) Sales, marketing, or client-facing experience is a plus Passionate about creative marketing and building relationships

Do you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for client calls? How many years of experience do you have in client-facing roles (e.g. admin, customer service, virtual assistant, sales support)? Have you previously been responsible for converting leads into paying clients (e.g. via phone, email, or outreach)?
