About the Role
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Registered Healthcare Professionals to join our team as freelance Clinical Trainers or Facilitators across a wide range of Primary Care and Clinical fields, but we have a high demand for those that have a background in:
- Physiotherapy
- Mental Health
- Learning Disabilites
As a Clinical Trainer, you will:
Deliver engaging and informative CPD courses to qualified healthcare professionals via Zoom or in person.
Develop and update training materials in line with current evidence-based practice and guidelines.
Contribute to the evaluation and quality improvement of our training programmes.
As a student Facilitator, you will:
Deliver interactive sessions to healthcare students on placement, supporting their learning and development.
Provide guidance and feedback to students on their clinical practice.
Liaise with university tutors and placement providers to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.
Essential Requirements:
Current registration with a UK healthcare regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or GMC).
Proven experience in a clinical setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality training and supporting student learning.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in delivering training or facilitating learning.
A teaching qualification or relevant postgraduate qualification.
Ability to travel to deliver face-to-face training (please indicate your willingness to travel in your application).
