Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a Clinical Trainer to join their Academy Team supporting our residential homes across East Anglia.
Reporting in to our Head of Learning and Development, you will lead in the implementation of a new development programme aimed at managing the training and competencies of our senior care assistants within our residential homes whilst also supporting the roll out of our clinical competencies within your area.
The role would suit an experienced Healthcare Practitioner or Nursing Associate looking to develop their career or a qualified nurse keen to impart their knowledge and skills within our residential settings. Previous experience as a trainer is not required as support and training will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role access to your own transport and a willingness to travel across our geographical area is essential.
