About the Role

We're looking for a freelance designer to join our creative team on a flexible, project-based basis. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create graphics, web designs, and visual assets that capture the spirit of Unchained Music (https://www.unchainedmusic.io) and our Agency The Second Floor (https://www.thesecondfloor.io). Your work will help shape the visual identity of one of the most innovative players in the Web3 music space.

What You'll Do

Design on-brand marketing materials, digital assets, and pitch decks Create engaging visuals for social media, artist campaigns, and events Develop responsive web layouts and mockups (design-only; no coding required) Edit short-form video or motion graphics content (a bonus, not essential) Work across tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to deliver high-impact visuals Stay up-to-date with visual trends in music, culture, and digital design

What We're Looking For

Strong design portfolio showcasing clean, modern aesthetic Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva expertise, with the ability to build branded templates Experience with Web3, music, or youth culture brands is a major plus Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, or video editing software Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
