We are a growing, independent event management company expanding into new venues and partnerships. As our portfolio grows, we're looking for an ambitious Freelance Events Manager to help us deliver and manage high-quality events across multiple locations.

The Role

As a Freelance Events Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing events from planning through to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing events on-site and remotely from start to finish Liaising with venues, suppliers, artists, and clients Coordinating staffing, schedules, and logistics Ensuring events run safely, smoothly, and on brand Identifying opportunities to maximise event performance and revenue Representing the company professionally at all times
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in event management, hospitality, promotions, or live events Highly organised with strong communication skills Confident working independently and managing multiple venues Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused Comfortable working evenings and weekends Self-employed or willing to work on a freelance basis
