Radar is a full-service Events, Marketing & Publishing Agency focusing on specialist B2B campaigns for companies operating within the built environment. Working exclusively in this sector, our technical understanding and expertise translates into a dynamic set of services from brand communication and social media campaigns to website development and event management.

We are looking for experienced and driven

Freelance Sales Manager/Executive

to support our in-house sales team. You will be responsible for selling across our portfolio, including:

Exhibition stand space

at industry events.

Sponsorship packages

for conferences and awards.

Advertising opportunities

in both print and digital formats.

This is a freelance position suited to sales professionals with a strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably within media, publishing, and/or events. You will play a key role in generating revenue and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities Include:



Proactively identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals.

Sell tailored solutions across our event, media, and digital platforms.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM system.

Meet agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.

Collaborate with the wider team to share insights and optimise sales strategies.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within events, media, and/or advertising.

Strong understanding of the built environment sector is an advantage, but not essential.

Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
