The Role: Conference Sponsorship/Exhibition/Delegate Sales Manager
CTC Legal Media is seeking a driven and commercially minded sales professional to lead sponsorship, exhibition, and delegate sales for our portfolio of legal industry conferences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of our events business, working with leading global law firms and senior-level decision-makers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively sell high-value sponsorship, exhibition, and partnership packages across both established and new events.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting (cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns) and inbound lead management.
Engage with senior-level executives and budget holders, using a consultative, solutions-based approach to understand their goals and position relevant event offerings.
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sale account management.
Deliver both new business and repeat revenue by nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and ROI.
Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets, contributing directly to the company's overall sales performance.
Stay up to date on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of event propositions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in sponsorship, exhibition, or delegate sales within the events or conferences industry.
A strong track record of hitting and exceeding individual sales targets, with demonstrable experience driving repeat business.
Highly motivated and self-starting, with a natural flair for business development and consultative selling.
Confident in using multiple sales channels (cold-calling, LinkedIn, email) to generate new leads and open doors.
Ability to manage accounts end-to-end--from initial engagement through to renewal--focusing on retention and lifetime value.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate value, ROI, and strategic alignment with client objectives.
You'll be able to work from the Ashford office Monday to Friday moving to a hybrid model after 6 months.

Further information:
Our office is based in Ashford, Kent. There is free onsite parking and basic kitchen facilities. After training, work-from-home will be considered for the right candidate as long as targets are met and the candidate's work attitude remains consistent. In this instance, there will be the expectation to attend the office at least 3 times a week.
Generally Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hour paid lunch but flexible working is considered, and sometimes necessary to hit different time zones.
28 days holiday including bank holidays.
Subject to a six-month probation.
