We are an event decor company specialising in weddings, brand activations, and immersive installations. Our signature style includes large-scale, impactful artificial floral designs that create a wow-factor without the constraints of fresh floristry.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Freelance Florist

who is passionate about styling

artificial flowers

for weddings and events. You must be comfortable working exclusively with faux blooms and understand that these materials should not be cut or treated like fresh flowers. This role requires a good eye for design, the ability to follow briefs, and confidence in working with pre-purchased arrangements and high-quality faux stems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and assemble artificial floral arrangements including centrepieces, arches, backdrops, and installations Follow design briefs provided by the Creative Director or Event Lead Set up and install floral pieces on-site at events, ensuring everything is secure and visually polished Mostly working at the warehouse to build the flowers. Carefully handle all artificial florals to maintain their condition for future reuse Occasionally assist with styling non-floral props if required Maintain tidiness and organisation during production and on-site work

Requirements:

Proven experience in floristry or floral styling (artificial flower experience preferred but not essential) Strong design eye and attention to detail Ability to work with artificial flowers

without cutting them down

unless instructed Comfortable working with zip ties, wire frames, floral foam, and other event mechanics Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings Own transport is a plus but not essential Positive, team-focused attitude and good communication skills

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour

Experience:

Floristry: 2 years (preferred)
