Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of branding, web design, and digital media. This role requires a versatile designer who can work across various platforms and mediums, delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative design concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Create visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress, ensuring an optimal user experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that enhances brand visibility. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics, layouts, and presentations. Design animations and video content using Adobe After Effects and video editing software. Conduct photography sessions for products or events as required. Work with Figma and Sketch to develop UI designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Manage projects through content management systems while ensuring timely delivery of all design assets. Present design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Experience in UI design with an eye for detail in user experience optimisation. Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to create designs that align with marketing strategies. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. Strong photography skills are advantageous; experience in video editing is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
