We are a City of London-based law firm, seeking to collaborate with an experienced Litigation Solicitor on a freelance, case-by-case basis, in full compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requirements.
This opportunity is intended for a solicitor with substantial hands-on experience across a broad range of general litigation matters, who is able to manage files independently without the need for ongoing supervision.
Areas of Work (including but not limited to):
General Civil Litigation
Property & Real Estate Disputes Landlord & Tenant Matters Contractual and Commercial Disputes Other general litigation matters as referred
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation Proven ability to handle cases independently from instruction to conclusion Strong experience in managing a varied litigation caseload No supervision required; must be confident working autonomously Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client care skills Full compliance with SRA Code of Conduct, including Client Care, Conflicts, Confidentiality, and AML obligations
