Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Litigation Solicitor experienced in Shareholders Disputes, to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings. Responsibilities

Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks across diverse areas of law. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required. Conduct legal research to stay abreast of current laws and regulations relevant to client cases. Collaborate with colleagues and external experts to develop effective legal strategies. Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation complies with organisational standards. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal or client meetings. Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with valid practising certificate. Proven experience in negotiation within a legal context is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex legal issues critically and provide practical solutions. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development. Pay: 65,000.00-85,000.00 per year
