Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills. This role involves managing marketing projects, analysing market trends, and developing effective marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to target audiences. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. Utilise Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation of marketing insights. Lead marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain organised records of project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering results on time. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members effectively. Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management capabilities.
