We are seeking an ONSITE IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for flexible Freelance-type assignments in your region. Would you be open to project-based work? Compensation is hourly, daily, or half-day. Tickets are assigned based on your area, and you can assist depending on your schedule (weekdays or weekends).
Tasks will involve L1 & L2 IT/Network support like desktop help, server/rack components (hard drive swaps, etc.), hardware installs/replacements. On-site tasks may include giving remote teams console access to Router/Switch/Firewall devices.
Required Skill Set:
? Skilled in Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and third-party application support on Windows systems
? Professionally certified in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration, with a strong focus on programming techniques for process improvement
? Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet setup issues, and subnetting
? Hands-on tech support and troubleshooting across OS platforms: iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices
