Duties:
Research and reach out to new opportunities (workshops, collaborations, media, etc.)
Follow up on potential leads and missed enquiries in inbox
Draft and send outreach emails and responses to generic call-outs
Light email and calendar management
Assist with visibility and PR tasks (e.g. pitching, media contact follow-up)
Occasionally apply to funding or opportunity platforms on behalf of the business
Regular phone check-ins for updates and planning
Experience
Proven experience in PR, outreach, or communications (essential)
Exceptional written English and grammar--confident drafting professional, on-brand emails
Comfortable following up on leads, writing pitches, and supporting visibility efforts
Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and use initiative
Familiar with inbox management and basic scheduling tools
Experience with small businesses or creative/well-being sectors is a bonus
Experience with Access to Work is welcome but not essential
