drive client growth and increase brand visibility
-- someone confident, self-motivated, and excited about growing with a small, ambitious business.
Your Role Will Include:
Promoting our services across local Facebook groups, Gumtree, and community platforms
Responding to incoming enquiries and converting them into bookings
Contacting local landlords, letting agents, and homeowners to offer services
Helping manage our Instagram and Facebook pages (basic Canva use helpful)
Suggesting and promoting special offers, deals, and seasonal campaigns
Monitoring platforms for cleaning service requests or opportunities
What We're Looking For:
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal English
Someone comfortable using Facebook, WhatsApp, email, Instagram
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Friendly, trustworthy, and understands the value of great service
Bonus if you have experience in sales, marketing or customer service
Based in or familiar with Coventry (local knowledge is helpful)
What You Get:
