Are you passionate about capturing character, charm, and timeless detail through your lens? We are a boutique real estate agency based in Edinburgh, specialising in the sale of beautifully presented period properties, many in turnkey condition while others are full of potential.

We're looking for a talented freelance photographer to help bring these homes to life through striking listing imagery and engaging social media content.

If you have an eye for both refined interiors and homes with character waiting to be uncovered, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We require a dependable and creative freelance photographer to photograph our property listings and create supplementary lifestyle and detail shots suitable for social media and marketing purposes.

You'll be responsible for:

? High-quality wide-angle interior and exterior listing photography

? Capturing architectural features and period detailing

? Creating images that highlight both potential and polish -- from turnkey townhouses to charming doer-uppers

? Editing and delivering images within a 48-72 hour turnaround

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in interior/property photography (portfolio required)

A strong eye for natural light and composition, especially in period interiors

Own professional-grade equipment

Skilled at clean, editorial-style editing with a consistent aesthetic

Experience creating content for Instagram

Based in Edinburgh

Rate & Payment Structure

We aim to build long-term relationships with trusted freelancers and are happy to offer competitive rates:

Standard Property Shoot (up to 20 images, 1-1.5 hrs on site)

200 per property (incl. editing)

Extended Shoot (larger properties, 30-40 images)

400 per property (incl. editing)
