We are now seeking an experienced

Freelance Project Manager

to support the delivery of high-end residential interiors to the exacting standards expected by our clients and partners.

Role Summary

The Freelance Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of luxury residential interior projects, overseeing delivery from pre-site planning through to completion and handover. The role requires a commercially astute, detail-focused professional capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service and build quality.

You will act as the principal point of coordination between designers, technical teams, suppliers, installation partners and clients, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Programme Management

Lead the delivery of high-value residential interior projects, managing schedules, milestones and dependencies. Coordinate internal design, technical and operational teams with external contractors and suppliers. Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve risks, delays or technical challenges.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary client interface throughout the delivery phase. Chair site meetings, provide structured reporting and maintain clear communication at all stages. Ensure client expectations are managed professionally and aligned with contractual scope.

Quality, Compliance & Risk

Uphold Nicholas Anthony's standards of craftsmanship, finish and installation quality. Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and site best practice. Identify risks early and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Commercial & Documentation Control

Manage project costs, variations and change control processes. Maintain accurate records including site reports, snagging, handover documentation and final accounts. Liaise with internal teams to ensure financial and operational reporting reflects project progress.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrable experience managing

luxury residential interiors

, kitchens, bathrooms or bespoke fit-out projects. Strong technical understanding of construction, installation and coordination within high-end environments. Highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects. Confident communicator with the professionalism required to represent a premium brand in client-facing situations. Self-sufficient, detail-driven and solutions-focused. Formal project management qualifications are advantageous but not essential where experience is proven. Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
