Job Description

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for analysing user experience data, initiating digital projects, and ensuring that they align with strategic goals and budget constraints. This pivotal role involves business development, improving user experience, and steering the digital narrative by effectively managing various digital touchpoints to drive impactful digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy. Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends. Manage complex projects in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, applying appropriate project management methodologies, processes, and tools. Effectively coordinate the project team and engage with various stakeholders. Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies driving value for the client. Analyse and report on digital campaigns. Analyse client and user data. Engage with clients and client services teams. Map out how digital assets will be optimised for final results. Plan, design and contribute to deliver digital events.

Role requirements:

Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or equivalent. At least 3/4 years of working experience in similar roles, preferably in creative agencies. Experience within health business is considered a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Broad knowledge of best digital practices and understanding of emerging digital tools. Understanding of web analytics and digital touchpoints. Excellent interpersonal skills and business insight. Strong planning, organising skills and ability to work under pressure.
