Branna Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a major developer for an experienced
Freelance Project Manager
to oversee a new build housing project based inLeith
. This role offers a minimum 40-week contract with strong potential for continued work on future developments upon successful completion.The Role:
Manage all aspects of site delivery from groundworks to final handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard Liaise with clients, design teams, and senior management Oversee all site safety, compliance, and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience as a Project Manager
in new build housingJoinery background preferred
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or equivalent) essential Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Own transport and ability to commute to siteRecent references required
Contract Details:
Freelance / Self-Employed basis 1,100 - 1,400 per week (DOE) Approx. 40-week duration with potential follow-on projects
