Duties
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate client progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Create a supportive and inclusive class atmosphere that encourages client participation and collaboration.
Develop lesson plans that incorporate various teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programme.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Requirements
A relevant teaching qualification or degree in the subject area is preferred.
Previous experience in an instructional role is advantageous but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes, including digital resources and online platforms.
