Reformer Pilates Instructor
Job Description
We're opening a boutique Reformer Pilates studio and coffee bar in Rye, focused on mindful movement, balance, and community.
Our space is designed to feel calm, aesthetic and inspiring, a place where clients can move, connect, and unwind.
We're looking for experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors who love what they do and want to help clients move and feel better every day.
The Role
You'll teach small-group and one-to-one Reformer sessions with a focus on alignment, flow, and individual attention.
Responsibilities:
Teach high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions for all levels
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
Support clients with progression, form, and injury prevention
Work collaboratively with the team and uphold our studio ethos
Requirements:
Reformer Pilates qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience teaching reformer-based classes
Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude
Passion for health, wellness, and community
