Duties

Engage with prospective clients through various channels to introduce our offerings and identify their needs Develop tailored sales strategies to effectively showcase product benefits and value propositions Build rapport with customers by providing outstanding customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system Collaborate with the team to share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance Stay informed about product updates, industry developments, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a freelance or independent capacity Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse clients Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently Familiarity with CRM tools or other sales tracking software is a plus Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time efficiently Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets
