We need your experience, enthusiasm and underlying strategic thinking to get people excited about the life changing opportunities in property education and entrepreneurism.
We need you to produce head-shaking results by writing attention-grabbing, charismatic copy that creates intrigue, shares valuable insights, and creates desire to take action.
This is not for you if your experience and expectation of copywriting is limited to product descriptions, social posting, company newsletters and blogging!!!
The Role
You will also be responsible for:
- Delivery of campaign assets from conception to creation, proofing and reporting.
- Writing long-form copy for sales pages and website content which drives the reader to act
- Producing scripts for video and voice over and working closely with our Head of Video to coach our talent into producing the results you intend
- Email copy across the brands and many niches which conveys personal, detailed message in as few words as possible and as many words as it takes
- Advising on and implementing simple yet powerful fixes in copy produced by other members of the team and our agencies, with a hands-on approach to idea development
- Mastering a new product concept in a morning, writing jaw-dropping sales copy in an afternoon, and going live with it that same evening
- Working with our in-house designers to communicate your ideas and copy effectively
-educating others in the marketing team on how to improve their copy, building great relationships with the team so that you have full oversight and respectful council on every written word produced through our communications
The ideal candidate will have
- A demonstrable understanding of psychological suggestion and strategic thinking in copywriting
- Proven ability to produce high-converting copy that drives conversions and reduces costs in every part of the marketing funnel
- Excellent English and literacy skills, with close attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
- Laser-like focus when planning and taking briefs, and asking enough questions to nail the concept
- Wickedly effective time management and organisational skills
- A deep understanding and provable ability to write in a conversational manner, and a disdain for boring, bland copy
- Confidence-inspiring communication skills, with a desire to build great relationships every day, both in person and remotely.
- An eye for design and its partnership with copywriting
