We are seeking a driven and personable Freelance Sales Negotiator to support a growing cleaning services company with securing new contracts. This is a freelance, commission-based role perfect for a self-motivated sales professional who excels in face-to-face engagement, negotiation, and relationship building. You will be working directly with prospective clients, providing quotes, and helping to secure cleaning service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their cleaning service needs.
Conduct face-to-face client meetings and site visits to assess requirements.
Negotiate pricing and present competitive quotes to secure contracts.
Provide timely and professional follow-up to convert enquiries into agreements.
Represent the company confidently and professionally across the Midlands region.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable meeting clients in person and visiting work sites.
Confidence in providing service quotes and closing deals.
Sales experience is desirable but not essential -- competence and enthusiasm are key.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Commission:
5% per secured contract.
