About the role

Join BPE AUDIO to grow premium residential & hospitality AV sales. You'll prospect, pitch, and close high-value projects, host demos in Mayfair (Bang & Olufsen partnership), and land maintenance plans that keep clients close. Fully commission-based, with flexibility on when and where you work.

What you'll do

Build and own a London pipeline across HNW residential, restaurants/bars, boutique hotels, workspaces, and design studios.

Run consultative discovery, coordinate site surveys, and shape proposals with our engineering team.

Host/attend demos in Mayfair; present simple, benefit-led stories (multi-room audio, home cinema, commercial BGM, Q-SYS control).

Negotiate, close, and hand over cleanly to delivery; attach maintenance plans to every install.

Keep crisp CRM hygiene, weekly pipeline updates, and accurate forecasting.

Travel across London/SE as needed (evenings/weekends occasionally).

Targets & KPIs (Weekly)

6-12 project sales (typical project value 5k-150k).

?1 Bang & Olufsen system at 20k+.

8-12 maintenance plan sales (plans from 50-180 per plan/tier).

What you'll bring

Proven consultative sales in AV/luxury tech/interiors or adjacent premium categories.

A London network (designers, architects, hospitality groups, developers) and the grit to cold-open new logos.

Clear communication, sharp questioning, confident objection handling.

Full UK driving licence; able to travel for client meetings/site visits.

Polished, smart attire and excellent presentation skills.

Comfortable with CRM, G-Suite/Office; quick to learn product basics (Q-SYS, B&O).

Pay: 24,420.00-87,122.77 per year
