What You'll Be Doing:

Managing content calendars, captions, and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn Engaging with followers and building community on behalf of clients Briefing or coordinating content creators when needed Monitoring analytics and preparing monthly insights reports Attending monthly check-ins with clients (via Zoom) Collaborating with the wider Social Spark team to deliver standout service

What We're Looking For:

1+ years experience managing social media accounts professionally Great copywriting skills, strong sense of brand voice Reliable, communicative, and self-driven Based in the UK or able to work in UK time zone Comfortable working freelance, managing your own schedule Bonus: You already freelance, but want support to go further
How It Works:

We'll assign or refer clients to you based on your skill set and availability You can also bring in your own clients and run them through our systems You'll invoice us monthly based on the scope of work for each project No need to work full-time--we tailor your load to suit your bandwidth
How Pay Works:

This is a

freelance, per-client role

-- you'll be paid for each account you manage.

Starting rates typically range from 200-600/month per client

, depending on: Platform(s) managed (e.g. Instagram only vs Instagram + TikTok) Scope (posting only vs full strategy & engagement) Frequency of content (e.g. 3x vs 5x per week) In some cases, clients may also hire you for additional strategy calls or reporting for an extra fee. As you grow with us, you'll also have the opportunity to: Take on

(e.g. reels creation, community management)

Increase your base rate

over time You'll invoice us monthly and always be paid promptly.
Note: There is no cap on how many clients you can manage--as long as quality is maintained.
