About Us:

Our group of coffee shops is an agile, ethical, and growing business dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee and service across multiple locations. We operate two stores in Brighton, one in Worthing, and one in Cowfold. As we continue to grow, we are seeking freelance baristas who are passionate about coffee and the ability to work flexibly across these locations would be benefit the candidate.

Role Description:

We are looking for a freelance barista who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role offers 29 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity for additional overtime. A driving license is beneficial, as we may ask you to work across our different stores in Brighton, Worthing, and Cowfold.

This role allows for a high level of autonomy, so we need individuals who are reliable, resourceful, and self-motivated. Your barista skills, alongside your ability to deliver outstanding customer service, will be crucial in helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Proven experience as a barista Passion for coffee and great customer service Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to cover shifts at multiple locations Driving license is highly beneficial Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve speciality coffee beverages while ensuring high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience. Manage time efficiently to handle peak hours and ensure timely service. Assist with food preparation and maintain inventory levels, using basic math skills for accurate measurements. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: 12.60-13.00 per hour
