NN Contemporary Art is seeking a Freelance

Technical & Facilities Coordinator

to support exhibition installation, technical delivery, facilities coordination, and studio setup as we prepare for our reopening in March 2026.

Working within a professionally serviced building, the Coordinator will liaise with contractors, WNC facilities teams, artists, and staff to ensure NNCA's spaces and exhibitions are safe, functional, and ready for public use.

Key responsibilities include:



Exhibition installation and technical coordination Art handling, AV setup, and production support Coordinating with WNC on building-wide systems, compliance, access & service charge checks Maintenance coordination, cleaning standards, and building presentation Supporting NNCA's internal Health & Safety procedures and installation risk assessments Tenant onboarding, studio licence management, and keyholder systems Maintaining records, inventories, schedules, and documentation

We're looking for someone with:



Experience in technical or facilities coordination Strong organisation and problem-solving skills Practical confidence with installation and basic maintenance Knowledge of H&S procedures in an arts/buildings context Excellent communication and record-keeping
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Work Location: In person
