Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging, customized walking tours for small groups Share insights into Birmingham's history, culture, and landmarks Tailor each tour to guests' interests and preferences Ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience Manage tour logistics and respond to participant questions
Basic Requirements

Have lived in Birmingham for at least 1 year Fluent in at least one of: French, German, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese Open to hosting tours ranging from 3 to 8 hours Passion for food is a plus -- culinary experiences are offered as well Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a bonus but not required
