The role focuses on creating user-centred content and technical documentation tailored for developers, partners, and end users, making it a hands-on opportunity for those with SaaS experience.
Responsibilities
- Design in-app guidance, onboarding flows, and messaging to enhance user adoption and value.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
- Develop technical documentation, in-app guidance, and user-centric messaging.
- Use research insights to refine content for maximum impact.
- Support product adoption, improve user experience, and inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Familiarity with UX design principles and content design.
- Proven experience in a SaaS environment.
Terms
- Daily rate of 290, with a contract duration of six months.
- Remote work is available, with a preference for UK-based candidates.
