As our business expands, we're seeking a motivated

Freight Coordinator

to join our team -- someone eager to learn the full cycle of freight operations while actively engaging with customers to build strong, lasting relationships.

The Role

This is a varied and dynamic position combining

freight operations

and

customer engagement

.You'll coordinate shipments across

Air, Ocean, and Road

, while also supporting our commercial growth through

sales calls, client outreach, and quote follow-ups

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end coordination of

Air, Ocean, and Road

freight shipments. Support with

Customs clearance

and documentation preparation. Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive client updates. Handle customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotations. Conduct

sales calls, customer follow-ups, and business development outreach

. Maintain accurate shipment, CRM, and customer records. Collaborate with the wider operations and sales team to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills. Excellent customer service and professional telephone manner. Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building client relationships. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems. Previous freight forwarding experience is

beneficial but not essential

-- full training provided. Motivated, positive, and eager to grow within the logistics sector.
