What You'll Be Doing

As our UK Freight Coordinator, you will play a key role in growing our domestic freight operations. You'll manage the end-to-end movement of goods from UK ports to their final destinations while building new client relationships and expanding our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete UK freight process, including quoting, booking, documentation, tracking, and invoicing. Coordinate shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and transport partners. Support the growth and expansion of our UK freight services. Identify new business opportunities, onboard clients, and contribute to overall business development.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who thrives in logistics, loves solving problems, and has the drive to help us grow.

You'll need:

Minimum 2 years' freight forwarding experience in the UK (road/sea/air) Strong organisational and multitasking skills An established network within the UK logistics and transport sector is highly desirable Proven ability to source new business opportunities and introduce clients to freight solutions A proactive, can do attitude to overcome challenges Hands-on experience with imports/exports, customs clearance, and documentation is a nice to have and not essential A self-starter who can combine operational expertise with business development instincts
