Job Description
Principle Accountabilities of the Role:
Sales
Ability to quote on existing customers based on previous work completed.
Operations
Support end-to-end management of a job life including but not limited to quotes, bookings, customs, POD and invoicing.
Knowledge of suppliers and agents to find the best solution to meet customer needs.
Customs clearance knowledge is essential (CDS, destin8, CNS)
Arrange booking of consignments and processing of customs clearances
Brand
Positively grow JBM's image through face-to-face visits and social media.
Finance
Understand the overall target and goals of the company.
People
Share knowledge with JBM team.
Assist with training and mentoring of staff, where appropriate
