Are you a fluent French-speaking marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and creating impactful campaigns? SoloProtect is looking for a dynamic

French Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing efforts in France.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the French market. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth across France.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth in France. Create engaging content in French -- from website copy and blogs to videos and sales collateral. Lead digital campaigns across email, PPC, social media, and more. Manage and optimise the French-language website, including SEO and user experience. Organise and promote industry events, exhibitions, and PR campaigns in France. Support the Sales team with tailored enablement tools and promotional materials. Analyse marketing performance and provide actionable insights. Grow and manage French social media channels. Build customer engagement through newsletters, webinars, and other communications. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in France. Collaborate with UK, US, and EU marketing teams on wider initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in French with 3+ years' experience in a marketing role focused on lead generation and growth. Proven success in marketing for France or other European markets. Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot). Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities. Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Bonus: Knowledge of Webflow, HTML, or experience in tech/safety industries.
