Job Type: Contract (Self-Employed)

Work Schedule:

- Shifts from 10am to 8pm,

- Occasionally, days may vary based on the salon's needs.

The Salon Admin is an integral part of our beauty salon team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients. This part-time position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Greeting and Interaction:

- Welcome clients warmly as they enter the salon.

- Assist clients with checking in for their appointments.

- Ensure clients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

2. Atmosphere Creation:

- Maintain a pleasant and relaxing salon ambiance.

- Engage in light conversation to enhance the client experience.

- Contribute to the selection of background music and lighting to create a soothing environment.

3. Client Check-Out:

- Assist with the check-out process, ensuring it is smooth and efficient.

- Handle client payments and provide receipts as needed.

- Schedule follow-up appointments if required.

4. Cleanliness and Discipline:

- Ensure the reception and common areas are clean and organized.

- Monitor the salon to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly to uphold the salon's standards.

5. Flexibility:

- Be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

- Adapt to occasional schedule changes based on the salon's operational needs.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order.

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to schedule changes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 2,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
