Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment while handling administrative duties effectively.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Manage incoming phone calls within KPI Target, with exceptional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and visitor cards
Ensure reception and meeting room areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary refreshments offered.
Opening, scanning and distributing inbound post. Franking outbound post/packages.
Monitoring outlook mailboxes for reception and accounts receivable.
Support the teams with admin tasks
Manage office supplies, including food, beverages, and sundry items. Dishwashers, Kitchen/meeting room tidiness, cleaning supply ordering
Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist role is essential.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the values of our organisation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence on the phone and the ability to deal with potential difficult conversations
