Duties



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments. Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs. Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable. Maintain organised files and records both digitally and physically. Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Support team members with various clerical tasks to facilitate daily operations. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements



Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good typing speed and data entry accuracy. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Organised, friendly, and professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
