Our company is seeking a highly motivated Front of house Receptionist/Administrative Support Assistant to support the day to day running of our busy office in Rochdale. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and supportive team and will have the opportunity to expand their skill set and play a vital role in the success of our organisation.
To join us within this role you'll need the following:
Previous office administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
As our Administrative Assistant your duties will include:
Be the warm and welcoming face of New Look Windows for all visitors
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to direct calls accordingly and taking messages as required
Monitoring and replying to incoming general enquiries by email
Perform general administrative tasks
Invoice/Delivery note batching
Organising and maintaining office filing systems
Monitoring and order of office supplies
Organising maintenance and repair of office equipment
Diary management
Data entry
Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
Providing daily administration support to the Sales Director
