Front of House Call Handler



We're looking for a result driven, organised and highly adaptable person to work comfortably in a fast paced and dynamic legal environment. You will be expected to deliver the highest standard of customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high call volumes. Experience in client interaction, business administration, and an interest in the legal field are desirable.

The role



Set the highest standards of client care and customer service as a front facing first contact to our clients. Facilitate the effective management of reception on a day-to-day basis. Handle incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department in a professional and courteous manner. Accurately record the signing in and out of staff and third parties entering/leaving the office. Maintain confidentiality when handling client correspondence and sensitive documents. Deal with new enquiries efficiently and professionally. Manage and update existing enquiries. Navigate and maintain records on our internal case management system. Assist with recruitment-related calls and administrative support. Accurately record information and manage data using IT systems.


Person Specification:



Must be results driven, be highly adaptable and flexible, work comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment. Set the highest standard of customer service. Have the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines. Be proactive and self-motivated. Must have excellent communication skills. Be able to provide high quality client care.
Full training will be given to ensure you are confident and supported in the role.

Things you want to know



Salary - starting from 23,500 - 28,000 p/a (DOE) + bonus.

Working Hours -8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday in our Watford Office.

Holidays - 22 days holiday a year, + Christmas closure company wide.
