To ensure smooth operation of reception. Booking people in, using tills, issuing tickets and balaclava's, answering the telephone. Keeping suits and toilets clean and functional.
Key Duties/Activities, Task & responsibilities:
Operate tills, and sign customers in, ensuring information provided for each driver is correct. Answer telephone queries. Maintain condition of racing suit room, ensuring suits hung up, right way out, and in order. Clean and restock toilets. Keep reception clean & tidy
Essential Knowledge Skills & Experience:
Telephone operation, and answering enquires or passing them to more senior staff
Diary operation (opening hours etc)
Computerized Till & booking operation, issuing tickets & balaclavas (training will be provided)
Changing room maintenance (suits and sweeping)
Toilet maintenance (cleaning and restocking)
Reception maintenance (cleaning floors, surfaces, windows etc)
Drying room operation (washing & Drying of suits)
Expected working hours: (weekends 1-2 days a week, 8 hour shifts)
the position is to cover the weekends, and can be an set option of:
1. Saturday & Sundays, alternate weekend on/off
2. Saturdays & Sundays all year
3. Saturday all year
4.Sundays all year.
additional week days available in school holidays.
