The Company



We're building a cutting-edge consignment tracking platform designed to bring transparency, efficiency, and trust to supply chain operations. Our app offers live map-based tracking, real-time journey updates, document access, and intelligent dashboard insights--all delivered via a browser-first, mobile-optimised interface.

We're looking for an experienced Front-End Developer who also brings strong backend integration experience, especially with AWS services, to join as a permanent member of our growing team.

Your Role


You'll be responsible for leading the development of our web-based front end while working closely with backend and DevOps teams. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, responsive user interfaces -- from interactive maps to visual dashboards -- and ensuring smooth integration with cloud-based backend services.

You will:



Build and maintain a modern React-based Progressive Web App (PWA). Integrate real-time tracking via WebSockets and/or REST APIs. Develop and manage data visualisations using charting libraries (e.g., Recharts). Implement secure document viewing components. Ensure responsive, accessible UI/UX across desktop and mobile devices. Work with designers and stakeholders to apply user research and usability best practices. Collaborate on backend integration and cloud infrastructure using AWS services.

Required Skills & Experience



3+ years professional experience in front-end development Proven expertise with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and PWAs Demonstrable experience integrating with cloud-native backends, particularly AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, Cognito, DynamoDB) Strong understanding of responsive UI design, accessibility, and mobile web best practices Experience with interactive data visualisation and real-time updates Familiarity with user-centred design, prototyping, and iterative development Git/GitHub workflows and modern CI/CD exposure (e.g., GitHub Actions) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment

Nice-to-Haves



Experience with middleware/backend engineering (e.g., Node.js, FastAPI) Familiarity or curiosity around blockchain / distributed ledger tech Working knowledge of secure document access and audit trails Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform or CDK)
