About the role



We're looking for a passionate

Front-End Developer

to join our

Marketing team

at

Nebula

. You'll be the dedicated front-end resource for all marketing-led applications, working closely with our London-based marketing team and Guildford-based product team.

This is a hands-on role focused on building fast, clean, and responsive UIs that integrate with powerful APIs. If you enjoy turning complex ideas into elegant front-end experiences and care deeply about code quality, performance, and accessibility - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing



Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications across all our product brands. Work with React and TypeScript to deliver user-facing tools that support our marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to iterate quickly on new ideas. Contribute to technical decisions and bring fresh ideas to our stack and processes. Ensure great performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices. Work within a modern agile environment using Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

About you



Key experience we feel is crucial for this role. You'll need to have these to ensure we can consider your application:

Strong proficiency in

HTML

and

CSS

Solid experience with

TypeScript

and

JavaScript.

Two years of experience would be preferred. Comfortable with

React

and

server-side rendering

(e.g. with Next.js or similar). Two years of experience with React and minimum one year in Next.js would be preferred. Familiar with

CSS pre-processors

(e.g. SCSS) or frameworks like

Styled Components

Experience with

global state management

(e.g. Redux, Zustand) Solid understanding of

Git

,

cross-browser compatibility

, and

web performance optimisation

Familiarity with

web accessibility standards (WCAG)


Some 'nice to have' experience that would really help you excel:

Experience working with a

CMS

Comfortable with

Next.js

Understanding of

REST APIs

Knowledge of

multi-tenant architectures

Basic understanding of

Python

or

Java

(for backend integration)
