Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our front-end services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and orders. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Assist in food production, including cooking and preparing menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and front-end areas, ensuring a safe working environment. Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper reporting of sales. Participate in training new staff members on food preparation techniques and customer service protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary role is preferred, particularly in food preparation or cooking. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Experience in team management or supervising staff would be advantageous. Skills in bartending or serving would be beneficial but not mandatory. A strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.

Preference

Able to speak both Hindi and Urdu, but maximum indian languages spoken is also preferable .
