Help in Hearing, a leading independent hearing clinic, that has been providing expert audiology and clinical ear care for 20 years, is excited to be recruiting a Front of House Administrator to join our team.
As an important part of our client's journey from start to finish our front of house team play an essential role in our clinics delivering a consistently high level of customer service and contributing to the growth of our business. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team that will share our values in being welcoming, friendly, professional, and caring.
Primarily based at our Henley on Thames clinic, the successful candidate will join our team working 7.5 hours, one day a week (Monday or Wednesday), with the requirement for occasional cover at our other Help in Hearing clinics.
Day-to-day duties will include meeting and greeting patients, carrying out administration tasks, answering electronic and telephone enquiries as well as managing the diaries of a busy team of clinicians.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Previous customer service experience with a strong client focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to multitask and prioritize.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
